How this opportunity came about
I got an email from an associate of mine who runs another social anxiety group in London, he was contacted by BBC headroom to to come and speak to Ruby Wax on Social Anxiety Disorder, but unfortunately couldn’t make it. I was very nervous but jumped at the chance.
